I would like to get the inspection report or at least an update on brake pads for example. Or tires thread as well are they still good? For some reason it seems as if this is not something Toyota does regularly because I never get one. I always have to ask for it

I get you move the drivers mat because it was two mats on top of each other. But when it was taken off it was thrown to the passenger side and all the dirt from the mat went to the passenger seat and cup holder.

Hard to tell what was done with the 5000 mile initial inspection but the wait times was quite long for minimal service. My experience at other dealers like Longo and Claremont Toyota was better. They gave better estimate of wait time and gave complementary car wash and interior cleaning.
