Excessive waiting time, poor customer service, he needs to be trained. The new sticker for service was not attached. 3/25/2023. Came back to get a tire fix he was taking his job very light while other employees were rushing to do their job. My car was the second car placed upstairs but his poor computer skills didn't allow him to upload the photos and he was giving me a two hour window of time to fix a tire I requested to speak to his manager and only then he tried to do his job. To inform me that my car was ready he yelled my name from his seat all the way to the seating area that is disrespectful and lower the standards of Wondries Toyota this is a business no the middle of the street. They do not left you be disappointed or not satisfied. I have been taken my car there for the past 8 years and will continue to do so. It's ridiculous that I had an appointment at 10:30 and still had to wait two hours for my car to get a simple oil change. What is the point of appointments if we are just going to have to wait that long? And your building is freezing so those two hours were extremely cold and uncomfortable. When I gave them the papers to pick up my car the person went to get it but instead of it being pulled up to me someone drove it up the ramp and I had to ask someone about it. The customer that came out after me got her car right away and I had to wait for someone to bring it back down. Almost went back inside because of the cold but realized it was just as cold inside. This isn't the only bad experience I've had here so I will no longer be giving you my business.
