How do we know that? Because we use our friend’s phone to call him, and he picked up right away. I just need someone in Toyota to know this. This guy is doing this to us, which he must doing this to other customer, and his behavior made you looked bad.

During the initiation of our service we advised we were going to go on a road trip to Arizona. We wanted a full service to ensure our family was going to be safe. We were one hour away of our final stop where we started to feel drastic vibration. We had to stop and noticed that they didn’t tight the lug nuts in the tires. The left front tire had an outside damage that caused an air bubble. Which we now need to replace. This is the information that was provided by our brother in law who works for a dealership in Arizona. This is very disappointing as we instrusted you guys.

The pricing scared me when I went to the cashier because I was told I don’t know I’ll change was like $65 and change with synthetic oil and all I added was the air filter on a cabin air filter. My bill came out over $200 which seems quite high for such a simple service. Plus the wait for my vehicle to get finished being serviced

The most recent service, which occurred on 02/15/2023 and 02/16/2023, was to repair, under warranty, the catalytic converter(s) that were installed on or around 01/24/2023. Now, three days after the most recent service, the "check engine" light is on. I paid $145.00 for a two-day car rental for the days my car was being serviced for work that was covered under a warranty. I have to return to Wondries once again to diagnose the "check engine" light. If work is required that is covered by the warranty for the catalytic converter(s), I think it's reasonable that Wondries or Toyota provide a loaner vehicle or reimburse me for a car rental.
