Brought my car in at 2:00 for front brakes. I was promised it back at 3:30.
I waited for it to be ready until 4:00. She didn’t call or look for me. I had to ask how much longer it would be, she said it would be 20 minutes or less.
My car wasn’t ready until 4:30, not an hour and a half, but two and a half hours later. I would have appreciated a courtesy call at 3:30.
