After I dropped off my car, I was called and told I needed “HV battery maintenance” on top of the service package I purchased. Representative said they would have to remove the back seat and it would cost $270. I agreed. Received my car back but at home noticed back seat was untouched. I have a car seat with some security zip ties over the anchors which were undisturbed (had to use them to help connect to anchors when I first bought it). Long story short, the back seat was never removed.
Maybe it’s a misunderstanding but I don’t feel comfortable bringing my car in anymore.
