Good but lacks of attentive service & the reason was because he was having a busy day but this is not the first time he gives me customer service and makes me feel not welcomed, body language: rolling his eyes & showing signs of feeling annoyed in return making me feel not welcomed, was not very thorough: very superficial, partial and not complete to every detail of the parts and services he was recommending. When I first got to there I asked him hours in advance for a print out of services done for me in the past and when it was time to leave he made me wait for him as he ignored me, had me going back and forth trying to get some one else to help me at his request to me, after about 15min he finally gave the cashier access to my service history whom I was asking for help and who kindly offered to helped me. If the young men who offer to print out the Invoices wouldve not offer to help I probably would of had to practically beg him to help me. I asked him nicely but please dont put customers who bring you business in a uncomfortable position. We want to feel welcomed and appreciated. I dont want him to help me anymore. If I notice that the problem is the culture of this place I will have to take my business somewhere else, buy my wifes, my daughter, my sons car and my second truck somewhere else.
