Purpose of my visit was to follow up on a recommenmmdation by Zuly from my previous service appointment. Zuly pulled up on her display the work that was done on my previous appointment. Noted that the brake pads were ready to be replaced. She asked if I had replaced the air filter and cabin filters as recommended and I had. Zulu made the visit pleasant and my FJ was completed on time. Thank you to all who cared for my FJ.

I knew there was a leak, I just didn’t know what or where.
Took my car in November to check leak and maintenance.
They said they couldn’t find a leak, said they checked twice.
I was told to take it back if it continues.
I took it back after five weeks still leaking, this time I knew it was coolent fluid leaking.
Sill couldn’t find, so they decided to do a pressure test, found it was a Radiator hose leaking. They didn’t have the part, so I had to bring my car back for a third time.
If they had done a pressure test to begin with, which I don’t understand why they didn’t, it baffles me.Having to take my car in three times was a big inconvenience.
If everyone has to take their car in three times, there’s a problem.

One small comment. As the line to enter the service area grew long another Prius stopped behind me and honked aggressively for me to move. I don’t think that area of the line was being managed. More directing of cars when lines get long would help avoid confrontations.
