I only had one problem. I made my appointment for Dec. 4, then I changed it to Dec. 3. I received confirmation and I replied Y.
Then when I went today, the service receptionist said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the text and my car was serviced.
Then after my car was serviced , I came home. After I was home, I received a text saying my car was ready.
I think your system is glitchy.

Jason Pysher made me feel welcome as soon as I showed up to the dealer. His expert customer service plus engaging small talk during the transaction made me feel at home. He even notified me that when I came to return my vehicle that there would be hot dogs grilling outside and invited me to come have some.
