Ramon suggested a cleaning of the fuel injection system. He said it was normally done at 30,000 miles (I have 54,500). I checked my service records & did not find that maintenance item. I checked the Toyota website and found no mention of what was recommended. When I asked Ramon, he said that service was not in the owners manual. When I asked why it was needed, he said it was recommended when the car was sluggish or fuel efficiency was down. I felt mislead. It has impacted my trust in Wondries.

NO, repairs failed. Paid for repairs on power locks and doors and the next day my car door would not even open manually with the key.
Had to call AAA and was locked out of my own car for several hours and my door had to be opened manually through the window by a lockout service from AAA.
I now have to go to a locksmith to work on my door because I simply cannot take another two days for your service department to figure out what went wrong and cannot be driving around leaving my car unlocked.
But I will be contacting you for a refund for this service, because this is not acceptable. Date of service 11/9, date of incident 11/10

My service advisor “Jason Pysher” was very helpful as to my tire issue cause I had nail in my right rear tire so I had ask him if it was patchable or if not will you replace new tire for me, so he look at it & said we can replace brand new tire for me because I have bought platinum extended warranty package that covers tire replacement in case something happens like this. I paid to have my tire rotated, oils change, brake check etc… we’ll they didn’t rotate my tires because one of my tires had a little wear on the drivers side and when I got my car back the same tire was there. They didn’t rotate them but I paid $123 instead of just the standard $69 oil change.
