No need to contact me. Gordon was very helpful. The only issue is the scheduling: you have to find out when the customer makes the appointment whether they'll be dropping off or waiting, and only accept a limited number of waiting appointments. When I was leaving there was a whole line of people very upset about how long things were taking. My appointment was for a 20k mile service which is probably a 30 minute job, and it took almost 3 and a half hours. That's ridiculous.
