Upon arrival is great by Edward. Gordon was nice as well, however it took over 2 hours for my car to get done. I went and checked on my car twice. The first time l, a rep said that it will be ready in 10 mins and that Gordon will also be back in 10 mins so he will help you when he returns. AmThe second time I checked on my car another rep said he will help me when he is done with his current customer. He then walked outside and began to help the customers driving up. Another rep checked on my car and he said that my car was ready and then miraculously I receive a text that my car is done (even when I saw it sitting there for the past 10 mins. I walked outside to wait for car and the worker brings me my vehicle. I immediately notice that my radio was messed with, my settings on the dash were changed and my passenger seat was reclined to a laying down position. I asked the worker why my seat was positioned like that he couldn’t give me an answer. I will not be coming back to this dealership and this will definitely go on a YELP REVIEW.
