Kanika is always a helpful rep, she’s helped me a few times when I bring my car in for service. Appreciate her hard work and it was nice that she came to get me when my car was ready. She printed out the tech car review form for me as well. Not sure if it’s the new system but it has been difficult for me to receive the tech car review form- links don’t work, would rather just receive it as a printout or PDF.
