A few months ago, one of your reps listed in my invoice recommended work that needs to be done plus the estimated price, which allows me to plan my budget for future services. Today's invoice, I got the recommended work but no price, which doesn't allow me to budget for future services. Perhaps I have to spell it out with every rep I visit with in the future?
