Who is Gordon Li? We never talked to Gordon Li. The only people we talked to were Julio (sales agent), John (sales manager), and Adolfo (Finance Dept.). They made us feel very uncomfortable when we picked up our new car. They made us wait without communicating with us and we have to look for them. Moreover, they couldn’t answer or answer our question about why the car had added 8 miles within the 6 days. On 10/13/2024 the car had 7 miles, but Adolfo indicated on the sale paper was 10 miles. Then on 10/19/2024 when we went to pick up the car, the car had 15 miles. Since they could not answer our question, then we assumed that our car had been tested and driven by other customers. We were very disappointed and had unexpected experiences. That's the reason why we were not satisfied or had a good experience with them. We hope this can be corrected and will continue to come back for other business related.

Vehicle was in for oil change that was expected to only take 2 hours to complete. Service turned into 4 hours and never did I receive an update that service was going to be delayed. Staff was rude and not managed properly.
