My 2018 RAV4 has few mileage because I drive only during the day. Mr Pysher explained that my vehicle needed minor servicing oil because of the low mileage.
Second, all the issues that I brought to his attention were noted on the customer estimate and were addressed by the mechanic to Mr Pysher and to me. Lastly, my appointment was at 9:30A, but I could not unlock my vehicle because the key was not working. Mr Pysher is customer-friendly and addresses the customer needs. Thank you.

You spend $30k on a brand new car and they can't even wash or at least hose down your car when you bring it in for maintenance. Horrible experience! I asked the person who handed me my keys "do you know why my vehicle wasn't washed?" The Toyota employee said "yeah we don't do that" and walked away like he didn't care. Pure nonsense!! Yes they do! this is just terrible customer service. I've always had my vehicle hosed down in the past when I go in for maintenance.
I called back and spoke with a manager John ken and explained what happened, and he said they stopped washing peoples cars before COVID. Uh what?! I've brought all 3 of my cars for maintenance during COVID since 2020 and my vehicle was always washed. Total BS. I can tell you, longo, and NoHo Toyota will 100% wash your car after they service it.
I'll be going elsewhere for maintenance and car purchases moving forward!
