Jason! First let me explain how amazing you took care of me and my 4Runner. From the beginning you communicated everything with me. During the check in process and giving me an approx time when it would finish. Even the part of picking up the vehicle you did an amazing job. I was there for service this morning at 7am my vehicle was just detailed on Tuesday. I pick up my car from the dealership and as if the just smeared the car with a wet towel and all my windows were full of water marks. I was there only for service and they left my car a mess. I feel like it was done on purpose honestly. So disappointed.
