He seems knowledgeable, but I felt as if the problem with my car was not being taken seriously. I will reserve judgement completely until i receive a new cable from Apple and try to connect my phone again. I will be back if the solution provided by Jason and technician does not resolve problem.

I took my car in to check my tires checked and my brakes replaced. I dropped my car off at 8 am and didn’t have it ready until 4pm. At other locations I’ve never had my services take that long and if they did my advisor was in constant contact with me to update me throughout. I never got any of that in fact I had to call multiple times in order to receive updates about my car. They also don’t offer rides back home or close by. So I had to pay for an Uber both to and from work from Toyota. When I arrived I noticed the paperwork isn’t the same either. I always usually get a MPI, and I had to ask about before paying. I wanted to ensure my tires got checked because that was the reason for coming in. I also noticed on the paperwork I did receive usually they leave the tire readings. There were none so when I asked about it instead of just receiving the paper I asked for the manager came out to speak to me just explain that all my tires were left at the same reading. I know my car tire readings which why I asked about because that’s the reason for coming…I left with a 800 bill and all of my lights I walked in with were still on my car when I left. So yeah they replaced the brakes but still have the same issues and warning lights on. Overall terrible service because I still feel I was way overcharged for the labor that was done to my car. I will NEVER come back to this Toyota location again. I will definitely be sticking to my normal location I got to. I just thought I would receive the same level of professionalism and satisfaction I receive at the other location I got to.

Emilio was so friendly & professional right from the start. He displayed strong communication & customer service skills. responding with clear & prompt explanations. Emilio was patient with my many questions (it was my first time at Wondries) & remained calm in the midst of all the busy morning rush! So far, the car is running smooth after service maintenance.
