I like the idea that you can schedule an appointment for your car needs and not to wait too long to get service.

Don’t understand the reading to make an appointment if it’s going to take 4 to 5 hours for an oil change. When I brought this up to the service person he told me that it was a Saturday and had to many cars. I loso told him that was not acceptable to give me only 30 minutes window to pick up my car after he said that if I would not get there by 5:00 pm the car would have to stay until Monday. When I mention that I would take it to Pasadena instead he just said he was sorry. I spoke to his manger and gave me the same nonsense of being too busy. What is the point of an appointment.
I own 7 vehicles and never had an experience like this in a dealership.
