My appointment was at 9:30am. I showed up on time and was told my vehicle would be ready at noon. Noon came around and instead of it being done, I get a text to let me know the recommendations on services that need to be done. What did they doing for 2.5hours? Then they told me it would be ready at 3pm and was at that time offered if I wanted a complimentary rental. Since I had to go to work, I was unable to get all the services I wanted completed during this visit. Ridiculous service and lack of consideration of customer’s time.
