Came into Shaler Acura in order to get my vehicle repaired everything that I requested to be done or that I was having an issue with after spending the 400+ dollars I still have every issue. There has been no changes in the vehicle and the only difference is that I was told I need a battery. I was also told that the issues that I had prior was resolved, and none of the issues that I came in for was taken care of, even though they assured me that it was all handled. I am very highly disappointed in the service that I received. I am highly disappointed in the customer service from Miss Genesis And I would love to speak with management on this situation. Call me anytime ****-****-xxxx Gregory Nails.

The service department is very nice and explains things well, answers questions graciously with details. I was also told my car wash would be complimentary but I was pleasantly surprised that my car was also vacuumed. They treat your car well at Schaller Acura.

Pretty disappointed Acura didn’t take care of the faulty camera under the certified pre-owned plan I had. The camera went out right around 100k miles. There was still over a year left on the CPO but because the mileage came first (slightly) it wasn’t honored. I’ve researched the Honda Pilot (same platform) has a recall for this issue but Acura does not. The fact that the cruise control doesn’t work unless this camera is replaced is also ridiculous. Counting down the months before this is paid off. -Eric B

My past couple visits have not been the best. Both times I had to return back within 24 hours with issues with my vehicle., and basic oil change appointments have been taking longer than usual.The first incident I spent over $1500, and immediately started having issues, and I was very upset about the whole situation. During that time I felt like no one wanted to take accountability for the new issues I was having with my vehicle. I felt very disregarded during that situation . And ever since that day It’s not very welcoming at all when I have my car serviced. It’s to the point in which if I do get another Acura which I likely will in the near future, I will likely buy at another location. Which is unfortunate because I’ve been going to this location since 2012. Long term customers need to be catered to the same way the new customers are. I must say on a good note Genesis was excellent, and really listened to my concerns. But overall, you guys need to make some changes seriously. I understand everyone is tired and overworked, but that type of service isn’t acceptable
