I already spoke to Beverly.
We paid ahead for express checkout and waited a half an hour
for the car to be washed as we were instructed.
When I arrived I was instructed to wait for Beverly who was on the computer and telephone. I waited for her to finish and then waited for her
to assist the woman in front of me. When it was my turn she handed me the receipt and keys. My car was not washed and had five bird feces on it which weren’t there when I left it.
I was very disappointed in the service I received.
