Jason was excellent in communicating the issues with the car. The work Ended up being a little more involved than probably all of us expected and he kept me updated regarding that, and while he was away for a day or two had a coworker follow up with me.
He took the time to go over everything that was taken care of during the service with me during pickup, asked if I had any questions, and took care of any questions or issues I had at that point. Very satisfied working with jason.
