My rear backup camera does not work since getting my vehicle back from a recall and now I have a transmission problem light on my dashboard that was not on prior to brining my car into Schaller Acura. I’m very upset about this. It was hard enough to get a ride to drop off and leave my car for a recall now I have to figure out how to get another ride back to Acura so they can fix the problems they thru broke while doing my recall.

I dropped my car off last Wed for an appointment on Thursday. I didn't hear any updates from Schaller so I called them on Saturday morning. The gentleman that answered the phone transferred me to someone else's voicemail. I called back later on Saturday and was told they hadn't looked at my car yet. I finally got a call back Monday after noon. They said they were looking at the car and would call me by the end of the day. They called back Monday afternoon. They said they diagnosed the car and the part I need is on backorder with no ETA for delivery. I picked the car up on Tuesday. When I got home I noticed the knob for the temp adjustment control on the passenger side was missing. I noticed it was in the center console and was broken. Nothing was mentioned when I picked the car up. I called Gary Bradshaw, the Service Manager, when I noticed the broken knob. My call went to voicemail. I left a detailed message on Tuesday around noon. I did not receive a call back so I called again on Friday. This time I left a message for another service manager Justin at approximately 11 am. Again, I left a detailed message and asked for a call back, which I did not receive. I understand things happen, and the dealer is busy, but the service I received and complete lack of communication I experienced is unacceptable.
