He was very accommodating since I needed my car to go get my puppy an 8 hour drive in total to Salem MO. So he accommodated by giving us a free rental car since they needed to keep mine because they didn’t finish on Thursday. No issues very nice.

I was there almost 2 hours to get a radiator cap changed I thought this was excessive I could of put the cap on myself it was a no brained when the car had cooled this was a 3 second job that took 2 hours when I came in they sent me to parts first I was finally sent back to the main desk more wasted time not well planned event I thought it would only take a short time for this repair
