The girl that helped me was fine but I hope my regular girl Ashley DeMoss was just on spring break. Since Coad has taken over my other representative Tabitha Lambert is gone now also. For exceptional service you all need to retain representatives that work well with public. A whole bunch of new faces is not a positive sign for customers to observe. The dealership overall was not as clean as usual. I had to wait over 2 hours for a 20 minute tire rotation so you need additional help in your shop.
