Last week I had regular maintenance completed on my 2012 Lexus 460 LS. I had requested service staff to check my brakes. I was advised I had to schedule another appt because service Dept didn’t have two engine filters in stock. The brake routers needed to be resurfaced as well as brake fluid would need to be flushed/replaced. I was told it would take 3 1/2hrs max. I scheduled 11:00 appt (got it there at 10:35) and told the staff I had to have services completed by 3:15 due to doctor appt at 3:30. Dalen told me he would place note in the system notifying service Dept. Brake fluid was not flushed/replaced and I was told I would need to schedule another appt.

I was pleased that they checked out the electrical equipment and determined that the battery (which was installed as a warranty replacement 2 months ago) had a bad cell, so they replaced it with no additional charge.
