They were excellent!!! I had to come back to get the dash gauges adjusted after I left as they are always messed up after they service the vehicle, not a big deal at all I just turned right around and brought it right back. They fixed the problem in about 2 minutes, not a problem at all!!! Service department is always GREAT!!! No complaints at all!!!

Wednesday November 9,2022 checked in at 920 am for a 930 appointment. Signed in using a new system , was told how great this system was going to be. After waiting 2 hrs or 1130am I went to check on our vehicle. The service associate got in the computer to check. Then he went to the back. When he returned he told us they hadn’t started the service on the vehicle yet. He then ask if we just wanted to go. We left after 2 and a half hours with nobody even looking at the vehicle. We live 35 miles from the Coad toyato in Paducah so needless to say our day was wasted. I can understand a delay when starting a new service but to leave a customer sitting waiting for 2 hours without checking on them or their vehicle is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. My husband took the truck to another place of business in Paducah and was in and out in 45 minutes and that included oil change,tire rotation and front end alignment. You’re system was a failure. We felt like staff could have cared less.
