I’ve called several times for MONTHS asking what the next step is for my car. Everytime i’ve received “we will give your name to our manager and he will give you a call back” never received a call. the whole process of my car being in this dealerships hands, it has been absolutely awful full of NO answers. and being promised yall would keep my ticket open because no one would listen to me and try and figure out what the problem was, it was closed yesterday on 9/27/2024 without any communication with me what so ever. i received a text telling me my car was ready for pickup and i was IN MY CAR 8 hours away. i absolutely would not recommend to anyone to bring their car here or to deal with anyone at toyota. lacks serious customer service. and anytime i deal with selena ross, i get absolutely no where.
this whole situation has me very upset. and the next time you close a customers ticket, i would recommend communicating with them. but at the same time no one here knows how to communicate.

Dalen greeted me and helped facilitate my visit to the dealership today. I found him, as always, to be friendly and helpful. He is a valuable employee.
I did not find the rest of the early morning staff to be friendly or welcoming at Coad Paducah. I arrived for a 7:00 appointment, and the facility was not even open. No one spoke basically till about 7.45, as I waited in the area and until other customers began arriving for service. This disappoints me. If a business opens at 7, people working need to be friendly and welcoming to customers. This is just my opinion, of course.

I appreciate Coad staff but the customer service has been on a steady decline since around the start of 2022 and I’m not sure why but it seems to coincide with the lack of little to no new inventory on site or sales staff, or service department staff on Saturdays. A little disappointing.
