I found the service staff friendly and helpful. The prices for the repairs quoted to me were far higher than I expected so as a result nothing was done.

On September 18,2023 I paid to have lower oil pan gasket replaced. In April I noticed a leak which appeared to me as oil I called for an appointment. I was told it was transmission gasket.On April 3, 2024 I had transmission gasket replaced. I noticed in July oil on garage floor. The replacement of oil pan gasket had failed had it fixed under warranty which was within the year it was done. I asked if it fails would I be covered for another year? I was told no it goes back to original from September 18, 2024. I’m not happy with this and wonder if my transmission gasket really needed to be replaced because it looked like oil not transmission fluid also if it fails again I will be out the cost of having it fixed. Not happy with the service department and not sure I trust them with my truck going forward in the future.
