I specifically asked for all my wiper blades be replaced. When I made my appointment I made a point of it on the phone because it was not done on my last visit. For some reason only the front windshield wiper blades are replaced. My van has three blades. For some reason the back windshield wiper is never replaced. I should have checked before I left the dealership. Since I did not check it is my fault in trusting the work to be done. I especially should have checked since this is the second time the back windshield blade was not replaced. I will do it myself, but not happy about it.
