The customer service in regards to communication and time management has been an issue nearly every time I have been in (customer since 2007). I arrived early to drop my vehicle off. When scheduling and arriving I communicated I would need a ride to work. The shuttle had just left to take someone else to work- totally fine. I was told when he got back, they would find me. Forty-five minutes later, I was still waiting and went to the desk to check. The van had been back, no one had let me know. I totally understand things happen but it’s difficult when every time there is a huge wait no matter what the situation is.

Service performed just yesterday 9/19, and today I received a flyer in the mail for a special offer I just had performed. Should have been informed of upcoming specials when my service appointment was being made on Monday 9/18. Feels kinda shady to me. Should be made right, I feel.
