She was very accommodating, and seem to understand that I completely trust the service department to help me always take the best care of my vehicle. When I explained disappointment about a prior service, she was very understanding .

The mechanic left the air box lose and air intake off.then when I brought it back tried to blame me for it being like that. He said he never removed the air box. I told him when I left to bring it to Buckhannon toyota it was not like that. Then he admitted it might happen when he was laying on it to fix the coolant bypass valve. This is why I don't trust other people to work on my vehicle.

I think the workers need to put more effort into looking the vehicle over more throughly before diagnosing the problematic making the customer come back when it was something very simple to be fixed the first go around. Making me thinking they didn’t even look over my car and diagnose another problem that wasn’t even mentione??. Also to have rotators needing fixed not even a year yet after buying?? If this keeps happening I will not be buying a brand new car from here again.
