I called in on 9/30/23 because the service dept was already closed Friday evening. I was over charged for service when I went 3 miles down the road and my tire was falling off due to lug nuts not being tight. I spoke to service manager Josh, was told the technician was in Mexico so he could not talk to him. My wife and 16 yr old daughter pickup my truck last time if either of them had been driving they would have been seriously injured. I expect to hear from someone Monday regarding this issue.
