The only thing I don’t like about is that every time I bring a sick service card to you guys you change all my settings you know I’m 72 years old. I just don’t wanna figure that out all over again but parking at the service and the people and everybody I met was very professional and I love that.

I'm having a car connection issue and was hoping to get some help with it but it seems like it's a tech support issue. I no longer have the SOS and app connection. It's very frustrating this LS500 2024 has been a bit of a disappointment. 3332 miles please help get the bugs out.

On a couple of visits, I've brought attention to your dealership that the upgraded Mark Levinson sound system did not have any base sound. It's as if the subwoofer is in not working properly. But your dealership stated everything was working fine. I feel more should have been done to investigate this issue. Also, my vehicle sometimes shudders when switching gears. But your dealership also didn't do anything regarding this issue.
