There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Alfred is. I am a regular consumer who ensures my vehicle is serviced by Lexus due to Alfred’s consistent professionalism and willingness to assist me when necessary. He is patient with my questions, answers them in the most honest of forms and does it with such warmth and a smile. Crown Lexus, you did it right by hiring Alfred.
