Best service appt ever because work was done on-time/early, service advisor was patient and accurate, and my car was clean - especially the inside windshield which had come in a mess from whoever last washed it! ????. Thank you crown Lexus!!

Mark Gray is awesome and truly embodies the meaning of customer service. The cashiers on the other hand need to be shown how to attend their clients. The lady that helped me when I picked up my car was in such a bad mood and rude. I don’t usually leave reviews because I feel like it’s a bit extra but I feel like it’s such a shame to have employees with such ugly attitudes working for a company that is not cheap! If you don’t like your job go apply elsewhere. Again hire more people like mark!!

Your tire guy George, in my opinion is useless. Apparently has only one job to coordinate tire service and does a trouble job at it. Called ahead of time, made an appointment and still tires were not there when I was told. He didn’t even has the common sense to check the morning truck to make sure tires had been delivered ahead of time of my appointment. Less alone to make a courtesy call to make me aware of the fact that they would be deliver later after my appointment. Which meaning I would off been sitting there for over four hours. Then made it worse be not advising service representative that I was there for road hazard warranty.
So paperwork went through as a purchase of new tires.

Michael was great, very friendly. However my tpms is still on for the spare tire which I was told would get taken care of and it didn’t. I still have to bring my vehicle back for the brakes because the parts have to be ordered. I will need a loaner vehicle for that which I was told needs to be requested in advance.
