Alfred was so helpful throughout the whole entire process of my visit to crown Lexus. He was also very kind in helping me stay updated regarding my vehicle. Excellent work from start to finish. He went out of his way of making accommodations for me regarding how I was going to spend three days without my car. Was extremely understanding and helped me get a replacement vehicle while I waited.
