First you told me everything for the diagnostic would be covered under warranty that’s the only reason I went there it was not so I had to pay out of pocket. Alfred should have stayed in the beginning of this isn’t covered by warranty you would have to pay out of pocket. Then you found mice damage and wanted to replace the whole harness which would have cost over 17,000. Turns out the harness you wanted to replace had no impact on the cars problem. Your rep didn’t even find out what was really wrong with the car and still wanted to get me to get insurance to fix the “problem” which wouldn’t have solved anything. I paid 900 bucks for free parking and for you to look for one wire that when I personally fixed didn’t fix what was wrong with the car. Legit biggest waste of time and money.

Mark, listened to my concerns about thefront left tire failure and took care of my needs.
