Your prices are way to high. I got charged $736.00 for an oil change and transmission oil change. Then I was insulted by being told it's high because you use factory parts ? For an oil and transmission oil change. Then I was told I need oil filter for %86.00 and then told by Orielly auto parts that the filter was fine and then told my air conditioner filter needed replaced for $96.00 ,which I bought at Orielleys which I purchased for $30.00 and Inststalled in 4 minutes. Then I was told my battery needed replacing for $357.00 and I got a quote from Pep Boys for a better battery for $156.00 installed then I was told my alignment needed repair foe $195.00 I then took my car by America's tire store and told my alignment was fine . I could go into my ball joints but wont.i have purchased 4 cars from your dealership and check my service record over the past 10 years and I feel really upset with your service department and won't be back again . Thanks

A few days ago when I made my transmission service appointment by phone, I was quoted a price around $350 for the service. When I went into the dealership during my appointment today, the price was raised to $461. I explained the situation and price discrepancy to Mark Gray. He immediately responded with understanding and apologized, telling me that he would adjust the price to what I was expecting. I was supremely grateful for his support and trust in me, and his willingness to do right by me without hesitation. I appreciate him. Give this man a raise.
