I do like the experience of being in the service department of Crown Lexus, the employees are nice and knowledgeable, they helped me with the issues and I’m pretty satisfied with the results.

Long story short, Lexus should have paid for the entire brake actuator assembly, being that the same issue was recalled in previous Lexus cars. Also my car was barely out of warranty and very low mileage, not to mention this is a $100,000 dollar car and should never have happened, let alone charging me for any part of this. Jerod was very good at helping out and very much appreciated!
I also purchased 3 additional Lexus SUV for my children in 2021, one would think that would amount to full pay for parts and labor. I am not happy with Lexus and the way they handled their customer service!!

Although my service adviser is great, really understands the process and got me in and out in an efficient way the follow up for a wheel replacement that I was now told I had to do is completely inconvenient. I chose Lexus for their service but now not only am I paying for a service, now I have to do the work. This is completely unacceptable.
