Alyssa forgot about us. We waited almost 3 hours for the car and she never told us anything, until we went to ask another service representative. the car was ready from about 30 min. So we waited extra time like who has time right now. horrible service.

I explained to the service person who did my paperwork for my car and told him that I told him that I still had an extra oil change and one free of charge. From the last time I visit you I came in for an oil change and they did not do it and I was pretty upset and I told him I came a long way to get this done and then I didn't need it so that's what they told me so they told me they would give me an extra one. I told the service person and he told me that if I got her social security number her name and her address because it didn't mean nothing. So as he took my information down on my vehicle he said I didn't have any more oil changes left I would have to pay for him now when I bought the vehicle from you it only had 12,000 miles I brought it in for the next Oil Change which was at 22,000 for that one so since I own this vehicle I've only put 10,000 miles on it and how could I have went over in my oil changes he said it's considered a service. Then he said that my car would be ready within an hour and a half to 2 hours well I got a call back from him two and a half hours later saying he was going to wash it and be done with it so it actually took 3 hours so I mentioned it to him and he says well we're not perfect. I live in West Covina but I did my business in Ontario I am very disappointed because I thought you guys were better than Toyota Lexus of El Monte. I also told the service guy that I needed a windshield wiper in the rear window and he said not a problem he never brought it up when the car was ready and they never replaced it. Christian was very courteous and I appreciated that he promptly had the maintenance on my vehicle done.

I feel like I was not given enough information about what my vehicle needed, I had to ask about each item instead of being given the recommendations and I feel like he was only nice when he told me about the survey after and a bonus he would get.

The ONLY problem I had was with the young man who answered the ph for the service department. Either he is very new (that I understand) or he was half asleep. Everything I asked him, took awhile to get a response from him. He also told me my battery wasn’t under warranty. It WAS! Everyone else was VERY helpful and the service was GREAT as usual.

Service was great, but the quality of parts is below par. Very disappointed!
