Rep is just unprofessional. This is the second time ive had this encounter with him. It wasn’t the rep i had requested and scheduled an appointment with. Unhappy i wasn’t told nor notified. The rep that assisted is sarcastic and unprofessional when dealing with vehicle issues. He makes slick comments that are uncalled for. Very unprofessional.
