I’d just like to say I am beyond impressed with the service this time around. This is my 3rd time servicing and this was by far the best experience yet. Reason being, I pulled up in the service line and was pleasantly greeted immediately by a nice gentleman and was told to wait for the next person to take care of me. This was Alyssa. She was extremely professional and polite and made my experience very clear, quick and easy. I was able to get everything done and a loner very seamlessly. Also kept in contact until my vehicle was ready the next day. I’d say Alyssa is a huge value to that dealership and her service was much appreciated.
