Tony was amazing. From start to finish, Tony took care of me. He listened to my concerns and he made sure to keep me updated on the process. He was also able to provide a loaner car that made life easier so I didn’t have to worry about getting a rental. When I returned, he reviewed with me what was done and helped me pick up my paperwork. I liked how he sent me the payment link ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait long to get my car. Another nice perk, my car was cleaned. Tony offers superior customer service. You’re in good hands with Tony. He makes the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend Crown Lexus to everyone.
