Brought my car in with no gas a few miles left to drive was told it was ok got it back, I assumed they had to drive it according to paperwork ,with zero miles left to get to gas station . I had to fill up loaner vehicle to exactly where it was, would have been nice to have them put some gas in it.Also considering I had to drive here for no reason due to a rep falsely setting me up for a recall appointment prior to this appointment. Come to find out there was no recall on my vehicle when I arrived instead he set me up for several different services on my car without my knowledge. Seems like a few intentional things happening that doesn’t make me feel good about this location. Unfortunately it’s the location closest to me… although this last person helping me was great .
