Mike Connor was great. Having a dead battery after owning the car for 1 year is unacceptable. Having a tow truck sent to my garage and the driver saying "we can't touch it in your garage, just jump it, pull it onto the street" is unacceptable, and upon arrival at the dealer it was determined my ECM was fried, and since they needed to point blame, they said the owner of the car must have done it" was unacceptable. Only after 10 days it was agreed to replace ECM as a 'goodwill gesture' to the owner was a slap in my face. This is my 10th new Toyota/Lexus purchase, and will be the last I ever own. I no longer feel safe with my $65k car, that only has 3,056 miles on it.
