The first person who took me in the office was very outgoing and friendly at first. He even called Uber to give me a ride to a restaurant for breakfast. After we finished breakfast we called Lexus to get us an Uber for a ride back to the dealer. I was told Mark Gray was with a customer and was given the usual answer of, he’ll call me back as soon as he can. We waited ten minutes and I called again. The operator again told me he was with a customer. Getting anxious I called an Uber for a ride back. When we got back to Lexus the car was not done as promised. Totally unsatisfied at paying a lot for a car and not getting the service I had gotten from them in the past!
