Tony always takes care of me. We are family. We've been family since 2006. That's why I keep coming back. Not to mention how much my wife and I cannot get any other vehicles other than a Lexus. We still have her 2013 GS 350 and now she has a 2024 RZ300e and I traded in my 2016 RX350 and got a 2025 RX350h. So looks like we will continue coming back to Crown Lexus and to Tony.

It was an absolute nightmare visiting your establishment today I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours only to hear that you didn’t have the part for my repair on my trunk latch for my 2011 HR 450 Lexsus. Leaving your establishment with absorbent prices for repairs. I called Firestone service the nearest auto repair center and took my troubles to them. They immediately found no problem with my trunk latch and was able to fix it with a push of a button. I am now concerned about fraud at your establishment and I would like to get a personal phone call back in regards to this incident and to hear your defense before I call the police to make an official report.
