I am concerned that Lexus does not perform services from the warranty and services guide. The services missed were:
Replace cabin air filter
Check HV battery cooling intake filter for dirt or dust
Doesn’t the maintenance package that I purchased when I bought this car cover those services? Please advise.
This was my 12 month or 10,000 miles service

Helen is a great representative of your dealership. She thoroughly explained the services needed on my very low mileage Lexus. She never tried to “upsell.” Because of the low mileage on my SUV, I didn’t see the urgency to have it serviced. Helen gently said it’s advisable to bring it in every 6 months. She’s wonderful!
However, you email customers way too often to remind them to make a service appointment!
