My actual service was great and both Bill and Nick kept me informed every step of the way and were cheery and pleasant to deal with.
I was extremely disappointed with the state of my car when I got it back. My car has a very light tan interior and there were greasy handprints all over the dashboard and glove compartment p, not to mention the grease on the fabric of the passenger seat in the inside of the passenger door. It took me over an hour and a half to try and scrub it all out. To me, that just shows a total lack of respect to my personal property. I don’t mind the grease on my door handles, steering wheel or the hood of my white car: that I kind of expect, but to have it on the fabric was really bad.
